Caroline Craig - Director

Caroline CraigCaroline graduated from NIDA in 1999. As an actor, she has appeared in numerous theatrical productions for the STC, the MTC and Bell Shakespeare in both Melbourne and Sydney, and recently appeared in Shining City at Griffin’s SBW Stables theatre (Inside Job/Griffin Independent) and in Optimism for STC/Malthouse Theatre at the Opera House for Sydney Festival 2010. Her television credits include Blue Heelers and her role as the policewoman (and narrator) Jacqui James in Underbelly. S-27 represents her debut as director.

Emma Jackson - Producer

Emma JacksonEmma graduated from acting at NIDA in 1999. She has appeared in numerous theatrical productions in New York, London, Edinburgh and Athens. In New York, she also completed training and internships with the SITI Company and the Wooster Group. Here in Sydney her many theatre credits include Hurly Burly and Stoning Mary (Griffin Independent), Cross Sections (Tamarama Rock Surfers) and she recently starred in David Williamson’s world premiere of Let The Sunshine (Ensemble Theatre). She has also appeared in films and in a variety of TV series.

Mark Macrossan - Producer

Mark MacrossanMark has degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Queensland. He is a playwright who, up until 2008, was also a practising Sydney barrister. He brings to this production over fifteen years of commercial law experience at the Sydney Bar, as well as his background in the theatre.

Nicholas Dare - Set Designer

Nicholas DareNicholas graduated from the Design course at NIDA in 2001 and he has since designed set and costume for a wide range of theatre productions, including more recently Smoke & Mirrors at the Famous Spiegeltent (Sydney Festival), Pillowman (Company B), Dealers Choice (Albedo/Critical Stages) and Lovesong (MTC). Nick has also worked as an assistant designer on Boy From Oz and is the associate set designer on Priscilla the Musical.

Jeremy Silver - Sound Designer

Jeremy SilverJeremy has worked as a sound designer in Sydney for the last seven years. He has worked on productions for the Sydney Theatre Company, Company B at Belvoir Street, the Tamarama Rock Surfers at the Old Fitzroy Theatre and at the Darlinghurst Theatre. He was recently nominated for Best Sound Design/Score at the Sydney Theatre Awards for Capture the Flag and he has also been nominated for The Greenroom Awards for Best Sound Design for Ying Tong.

Mikkel Mynster - Lighting Designer

Mikkel MynsterMikkel has been designing lights for nearly twenty years, choosing projects which pique his interest and he currently fills in time between lighting designs as the Head of Production at NIDA. Apart from NIDA, he has designed lighting for a number of companies including ATYP, La Mama in Melbourne, and for the Melbourne Festival.

Lisa Mimmocchi - Costume Designer

Lisa MimmocchiSince graduating from Sydney College of the Arts (2002) and Victorian College of the Arts (2003), Lisa has designed, manufactured and coordinated costumes for theatre, film, contemporary dance and physical theatre. She toured in Cirque Du Soleil’s wardrobe department for the European tour of Alegria (Roma ‘06 and Paris ‘07) and the Australian tour of Dralion (2008-9). Most recently Lisa coordinated costumes for Smoke and Mirrors, part of the Sydney Festival 2010.

Michael Sieders - Production Manager

Michael SiedersMichael graduated from the University of Western Sydney’s Theatre Theory and Practice degree in 2002. He has worked on various theatre and film productions as a production manager, writer, producer and director. For the last three years Michael has been the Production Coordinator at NIDA, coordinating the short and part time courses as well as managing a wide range of theatre and film productions. He continues to work at NIDA as Programs Manager.

Adeneen Craigie – Stage Manager

Adeneen CraigieAdeneen graduated from NIDA in Technical Production. Her recent theatre credits as stage manager include Modern International Dead, Emperor of Sydney and Nailed (Griffin) and Edmond and Dealer’s Choice (Albedo & Critical Stages). Her recent event credits include Production & Site Coordinator for Australian Fashion Week 2006-2008 and the Domain Summer Concert Series 2007 & 2008.

Charlotte Grien – Assistant Stage Manager

Charlotte GrienCharlotte is currently undertaking an Arts Degree at the University of Sydney, majoring in Perfomance and Cultural Studies. With a Live Technical Production Certificate from NIDA, her theatre credits include Alice In Wonderland (NIDA), Love’s Labour’s Lost and Peter Pan, and she was ASM for “Celebrate Australia” in the Domain for Symphony Australia.

Gabrielle Rogers – Voice Coach

Gabrielle RogersA graduate of the Actors Centre, NIDA, and the University of Sydney, Gabrielle has taught voice for leading drama schools including NIDA, The Actors Pulse, Actors Studio Australia and The Actors Centre and is the creator of the NIDA Accents and Dialects Database. She has also worked on a variety of Australian theatre and film projects including the feature film Cedar Boys, and the plays Dinner, Shining City (both at the Stables), The Boys and The Seagull (both at NIDA) and Romeo and Juliet (Globe Shakespeare).

Kyle Rowling – Fight Choreographer

Kyle RowlingWith twenty-five years experience in various Martial Arts, Kyle has been working as a Fight Director for over a decade. In that time he has trained, choreographed and performed stage combat for the Sydney Theatre Company, Opera Australia, Ensemble Theatre, Belvoir St and Bell Shakespeare among others. Kyle’s skills have also secured him work in many theatre and film productions including Star Wars (episodes II and III) as Christopher Lee’s fight double, Eric Bana’s personal weapons trainer for Troy, and the 2001 New York tour of STC's The White Devil.
